Learning Dutch in Shanghai or in Suzhou
Are you looking for a Dutch school in Shanghai or in Suzhou? LanguageOne has a good coverage of teaching locations in Shanghai and further afield in Suzhou. This will in many cases allow your children to take Dutch language and culture classes not far from where you work or live. Our teachers teach Dutch to children aged 3 to 18. Our youngest students always look forward to De Drakenclub (The Dragon Club), where they do playful and challenging tasks to increase their language skills and vocabulary and to increase their familiarity with Dutch and Flemish culture. In secondary education we provide optimal coaching to your children in the run-up to such exams as the Dutch A IB examination.

Our new programme in Shanghai-Suzhou
This school year we started a new programme that focuses on the student, language development and meaningful learning. Communication, cooperation and culture underpin the curriculum. The new programme is based on international teaching methods and derived from the principles of the International Baccalaureate® (IB). With this new approach we are encouraging cooperation and interaction between students, increasing the pleasure they take in learning.

Native-language teaching in Shanghai-Suzhou
At LanguageOne we put a premium on inspiring native-language teaching that matches your children’s international experience while at the same time meeting the Dutch core objectives and the Flemish end terms. Accordingly, our curriculum provides an excellent preparation for your children’s return to the Netherlands or Belgium.

Working with language tasks centred around topical issues ensures your children put the language into actual practice. It is wonderful to see our students – on their own level – consult each other, debate, write and feel confident to make real use of the language.

If you would like to know more about our new educational programme, watch this brief video. Read our white paper for extensive information about this subject.
