You are staying as an expat with your family abroad. Unfortunately, you are living far away from a LanguageOne school. Or your child has a busy schedule with after-school activities.
You attach great importance to flexibility, but also expert guidance.
In all these cases, online learning is the solution. We always try to match our teaching programme as closely as possible with the daytime education of the pupils in order to make sure that your child is not sitting behind the computer at strange (inconvenient) times.
LanguageOne Online offers online Dutch lessons for children aged 4 and up.
The curriculum at LanguageOne is focused on developing language skills through an interactive approach. It includes listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and is tailored to the students’ age and level. Current themes and materials are often used to keep lessons varied and actively engage students. In addition, we use Veilig Leren Lezen in grade 3 and Taalactief Spelling in grades 4–8, NUMO (secondary education years 1–4), and Nieuwsbegrip. We also place a strong emphasis on reading and reading aloud.
The schedule for group lessons is offered across five time zones. See below for the time zones and their corresponding regions:
Students have lessons at a fixed time each week. Private lessons can be scheduled in consultation with the teacher. A yearly program consists of 36 lessons.
You can find more information about the tuition fees in the Terms and Conditions.
